At Neferpaws, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and ship your orders, the available shipping options, and what you can expect regarding costs, delivery times, and other important details.   • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, depending on product availability. Orders placed on weekends or Belgian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number (if available).

2. Shipping Options and Costs

  • Available Shipping Methods: We offer the following shipping options:

    • Standard Shipping (Belgium): 4-7 business days, costs calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

    • Express Shipping (Belgium): 3-5 business days, costs calculated at checkout.

    • International Shipping: Delivery time varies by country (typically 5-10 business days), costs calculated at checkout.

  • Free Shipping: Free standard shipping within Belgium is available for orders over €75. This offer does not apply to international shipments or express shipping.

  • Cost Transparency: Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order. No additional fees will be charged beyond what is shown at checkout.

  • Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or certain restricted areas. Please contact us at info@neferpaws.be if you have questions about the availability of shipping to your location.

3. International Shipping

  • Availability: We ship to most countries within the European Union and select countries worldwide. Some countries (e.g., Iran, North Korea, Russia) are excluded due to international regulations.

  • Customs Fees: For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These costs are not included in the shipping fees or product prices and must be paid upon delivery.

  • Delivery Time: International delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing. We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

4. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: For most shipping methods, you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track the status of your order using the link provided in the shipping confirmation email or by contacting us.

  • No Tracking: In rare cases (e.g., certain international economy shipments), tracking may not be available. Please contact us if you have questions about the status of your order.

5. Shipping Restrictions and Exceptions

  • Hazardous Goods: Certain products (e.g., aerosols, alcohol-based products) cannot be shipped due to transportation restrictions. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.

  • Multiple Packages: If your order consists of multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages. However, you will only be charged one shipping fee, as indicated at checkout.

  • Address Changes: Please carefully verify your shipping address before placing your order. Address changes after the order is placed may not be possible. Contact us immediately at info@neferpaws.be if you have made an error.

6. Delayed or Missing Orders

  • Possible Delays: Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays. We will keep you informed of any delays.

  • Missing Packages: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate the whereabouts of your package.

  • Responsibility: Neferpaws is not liable for delays or losses caused by the carrier once the order has been shipped, except in cases where our Live Arrival Guarantee applies (see below).

7. Live Arrival Guarantee (If Applicable)

For orders containing live products (if Neferpaws offers such products), we provide a Live Arrival Guarantee under the following conditions:

  • You must select an appropriate shipping method (e.g., Express Shipping) as indicated during checkout.

  • The package must be accepted on the first delivery attempt.

  • Any issues (e.g., damaged or non-living products) must be reported within 12 hours of receipt via info@neferpaws.be, including photos of the products and packaging.

  • For valid claims, we offer a replacement or store credit. Orders over €30 are eligible for free replacement shipping; for orders under €30, shipping fees may apply.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@neferpaws.be. Include photos of the damage and your order number.
We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return Policy.

9. Returns and Cancellations

  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Please contact us immediately at info@neferpaws.be if you wish to cancel an order. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • Returns: For information on returning products, please refer to our Return Policy. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
